Free Wills for Veterans and Local Heroes, Nov 9th

October 25, 2013

A simple will is something every adult needs, as it allows you to make your final wishes known, minimizes the chance of family disputes and simplifies the formal court process known as probate after death—whether you have a lot of assets, or just a very few.

If you are a local hero, we would love to honor your service and sacrifice on Veterans Day, November 9th, by helping you complete a simple will at no charge to you.

Active or retired military personnel, veterans, police, fire and other first responders are invited to visit the firm between the hours of 10:00 am to 1:00 pm to legally document their end-of-life wishes, and appoint someone they trust (an executor) to manage their final affairs.

Local heroes will also receive a free Personal Affairs Organizer designed to help loved ones find key insurance, medical and legal information quickly in a crisis, as well as 5 years of free online vault storage of their documents courtesy of Docubank, the nation’s leading electronic storage provider.
